Jerald Sturgis has filed a petition for review, pro se, requesting the Court to issue a writ of mandamus to the Department of Corrections to correct the starting *1222date of his current prison sentence. In calculating the dates of his incarceration for a 15-to-SO year sentence for third degree murder, the Department used a starting date that followed a five-year term remaining on a 1985 sentence.
