ELLIS, District Judge.
This case presents a coverage question under a group health plan. As such, it is hardly novel. But the novelty here is the factual context. Plaintiff seeks a declaratory judgment that her group health plan, administered by defendant Blue Cross-Blue Shield of Virginia (“Blue Cross”), covers high dose chemotherapy with autolo-gous bone marrow transplant (“HDCT-ABMT”) for treatment of her Stage IV metastatic breast cancer.
