Richard W. de Nobel and fifteen other retired employees of the Vitro Corporation (Vitro) appeal the summary judgment dis missal of their claims against Vitro under various provisions of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA), 29 U.S.C. § 1001 et seq.
