The present action arose from defendant’s refusal to cover plaintiff Debra Taylor’s treatment of high dose chemotherapy with autologous bone marrow transplant for her Stage iv metastatic breast cancer. In these consolidated appeals, plaintiffs Robert and Debra Taylor appeal as of right from the trial court’s September 9, 1992, order granting defendant’s motion for summary disposition and dismissing their claim for damages for physical and mental injury based on breach of contract and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
