Appeals by plaintiff, suing in a representative capacity as a taxpayer, from two judgments entered in an action based on defendants’ alleged fraud on the city of Compton.

Plaintiff appeals from a judgment dismissing the action as against defendants Luberco, Ltd., and The Sterling Company following an order sustaining their demurrers to his second amended complaint without leave to amend.
