The court is advised that an appeal has been taken from its final decree. In view of the court's informal memorandum filed at the conclusion of the proofs, it is deemed appropriate that the facts and the law of the case be more fully stated. In doing so the exposure of the fraud which the incompetent, Joseph L. Rein, practiced upon his elderly sister for about eight years before he became mentally deranged, is unavoidable. That fraud is a most shocking one. It stripped the complainant of her last dollar and left her, in her old age, wholly destitute. The fruits of that fraud the defendant…
