Complainants as executors of the last will and testament of Louisa H. Colton, deceased, pray instruction as to disposition to be made by them of moneys deposited in two New York banking institutions hereinafter mentioned, and the passbooks relating thereto. A decree pro confesso has been entered against defendants Robert S. Holt, Constance B. Holt, Philetus H. Holt, Ida Holt Riley, Marmaduke B. Holt, Philetus H. Holt, 2d, and Ann C. Church.
