Mary Catherine Halvorsen, plaintiff below, appeals a summary judgment in favor of William Wesselhoeft, et al, d/b/a Ferguson & Bur dell (referred to collectively as Ferguson), defendants below, and dismissal of her action for legal malpractice. She contends that factual issues remain regarding duty, breach of duty, and proximate cause that should have been submitted to the jury. Halvorsen also assigns error to a judgment on Ferguson's counterclaim for attorney's fees.
