MEMORANDUM OF OPINION AND ORDER

SPATT, District Judge:

This lawsuit arises from the patent infringement claims of the plaintiff, Morris Hoffman (“Hoffman” or the “plaintiff’) against the defendant Wisner Classic Manufacturing Co., Inc. (“Wisner” or the “defendant”). Hoffman is the owner of U.S. Patent No. 4,602,860 (“the ’860 patent”) which apparently covers the components used in a certain type of camera.
