Defendant appeals from the denial of his motion for judgment n.o.v. or, in the alternative, for a new trial. We affirm.
This case arises out of a collision between an automobile driven by plaintiff’s decedent and one driven- by defendant. Plaintiff’s decedent was dead at the scene of the accident, and defendant and his wife both claim to have no recollection of the details of the accident.
