In this dram-shop action, appellant moved for a declaration that he was entitled to loss-of-means-of-support coverage under the liquor establishment’s liquor-liability policy for the reduction in his standard of living pursuant to Minn.Stat. § 340A.801 (2000). The district court denied his motion, and this appeal followed.
