¶ 1. Prent Corporation and GOEX Corporation (collectively the Buyers) contracted with Martek Holdings, Inc. (d/b/a MASCON) to provide customized software systems. When MASCON failed to provide operational systems, the Buyers sued. After a trial to the court, they were awarded damages for breach of contract and negligent misrepresentation. Because we conclude that the findings and conclusions of the circuit court fully support the Buyers' breach of contract claims, we affirm those portions of the judgments.
