In this contract dispute, CERAbio, LLC and its sole member, Phillips Plastics Cor poration (collectively “CERAbio”), claims that it delivered all of the assets of the corporation, including its technological know-how, to Wright Medical Technology, Inc. (Wright), but that Wright failed to pay the remaining half of the agreed-upon sales price.
