OPINION and ORDER
CRABB, District Judge.
In this civil action for injunctive and monetary relief, plaintiff United Vaccines, Inc. asserts a variety of contract and tort claims arising out of an agreement it signed with defendant Diamond Animal Health, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of defendant Heska Corporation, concerning the manufacture and delivery of animal vaccines. The case was removed to this court from the Circuit Court for Dane County on October 13, 2005. Jurisdiction is predicated on diversity of citizenship. 28 U.S.C. § 1332(a)(1).
