VERGERONT, PJ.

¶ 1. This appeal arises out of a commercial real estate transaction in which Stephen and Linda Kailin purchased from Perry Armstrong the property known as the Monona Center. The Kailins appeal the summary judgment in favor of Armstrong, First Weber Group, Inc., and salesperson Robert Carpenter, which dismissed the Kailins' claims for breach of contract, intentional misrepresentation, and violation of Wis.
