—Albert M. Mark appeals the trial court's order denying his motion for reconsideration of its order of summary judgment. The court dismissed his complaint against the defendants, Donald H. Williams and Richard D. Morrison, for damages for the search of his pharmacy and seizure of items therein pursuant to an administrative inspection warrant obtained under RCW 69.50, the Uniform Controlled Substances Act (UCSA).
