Kathleen Ward appeals from dismissal of her action for partial recovery of attorneys' fees paid by her to Richards & Rossano, Inc., P.S. (Richards & Rossano). Richards & Rossano represented Ward on a contingent fee basis in a 1979 personal injury action. We reverse.

In August 1975, Ward, formerly Kathleen Klink, 1 suffered a stroke induced by oral contraceptives. On March 9, 1976, Ward and her then husband Edward Klink entered into a contract to retain Richards & Rossano to pursue medical malpractice and product liability claims against the prescribing doctor and the drug manufacturer.
