The plaintiff, Pamela Knoblaugh, appeals from the decision of the workers’ compensation commissioner (commissioner), rendered in a corrected finding and award, dismissing her complaint that the defendant, Daniel Marshall, a physician, terminated her employment in violation of General Statutes § 31-290a,1 which prohibits employers from retaliating against employees for pursuing their rights under the Workers’ Compensation Act, General Statutes § 31-275 et seq.
