In this workers’ compensation matter, the plaintiff, Anthony DiBlase, appeals from the decision of the workers’ compensation review board (board) affirming the workers’ compensation commissioner’s (commissioner) denial of his request for attorney’s fees from the defendant Logistec Connecticut, Inc.
