The dispositive issue in this appeal is whether there is sufficient evidence in the record to support the determination of the workers’ compensation commissioner for the first district (commissioner) that the defendant discriminated against the plaintiff for exercising rights afforded to her under the Workers’ Compensation Act (act) in violation of General Statutes § Sl-^Oa.
