This is an action to recover damages resulting from the use of a defective piece of equipment furnished to the plaintiff partnership by the defendant corporation.
Plaintiff was engaged in causing oil and gas wells to be drilled upon land in the county of Kern; had employed drill ing contractors to do the actual drilling; and, through its consultant engineer, contracted with the defendant to cement a “liner” in place.
