MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

WEXLER, District Judge.

This is a case brought by Plaintiff, John A. DePasquale (“Plaintiff’) an insured un der policies of insurance issued by Defendant, Allstate Insurance Company (“Allstate”). Federal jurisdiction is premised on diversity of citizenship. While the complaint is a somewhat tortuous read, Plaintiff appears to allege several causes of action and various forms of damage (including damages attributable to emotional distress and punitive damages) stemming from Allstate’s refusal to defend him in connection with a lawsuit brought by purchasers of Plaintiffs…
