MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

In this case plaintiff DDR Construction Services, Inc. (“DDR”) sues several of its former associates in the construction, electrical subcontracting, and consulting industries in New York for violations of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, 18 U.S.C. §§ 1961 et seq. (“RICO”), as well as for fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, and several other state law claims.
