Defendant Citizens Mutual Insurance Company brings this appeal from the trial court’s denial of its motion for judgment n.o.v. or, in the alternative, for a new trial, on grounds that the trial court erred in finding Citizens liable to plaintiffs as a matter of law and in finding defendant Detroit Automobile Inter-Insurance Exchange not liable as a matter of law.
