OPINION
HUMPHREYS, Justice.
This is a suit originally brought by the Travelers Insurance Company for a declaration as to which of two insurance companies afforded coverage for a tort resulting in a judgment and the expense of defending the suit in which the judgment was pronounced, Travelers having paid the judgment obtained by the injured party. The Chancellor below held that the automobile liability carrier, Aetna Casualty and Surety Company, afforded coverage and the homeowner carrier, Travelers, excluded coverage.
