Birch Bay Trailer Sales, Inc., and Birch Bay Trailer Park, Inc., appeal the Superior Court's dismissal of its appeal of a land-use decision of the Whatcom County Council. We affirm.
Birch Bay Trailer Sales, Inc., and Birch Bay Trailer Park, Inc. (collectively Birch Bay) own two pieces of property in Whatcom County, one to the east, the other to the west of respondent Osberg Construction Company's property.
