Plaintiff instituted an action for divorce from the defendant on the ground of cruelty. Trial of the cause before the court resulted in an interlocutory order denying plaintiff the relief sought by her, but granting to the defendant, instead, the right to a divorce as provided by law, and making an equal division of the community property between the parties. Plaintiff appealed.
