This is an appeal from a judgment of the district court of Tulsa county, Okla. The action was commenced in the trial court by the defendant in error, British American Oil Company, Ltd., as plaintiff therein. The action was based on an alleged breach of contract for the sale of crude oil when the plaintiff sought to recover general and special damages for breach of contract for failure to deliver such oil in accordance with the contract. The cause was tried to the court and the judgment rendered in favor of the plaintiff and against the defendant for the sum of $13,770/28, together with costs.…
