Plaintiff John Cusick (“Cusick”) claims that he had an oral agreement with the sellers of real estate which entitled him to a broker’s commission that was never paid. His complaint in this action alleged intentional interference with contractual relations, civil conspiracy and violations of G.L.c. 93A, §11 by the defendant-brokers who handled the real estate’s sale.
