The plaintiff, George Kurker, filed a ten-count complaint in the Superior Court against numerous defendants, including four attorneys, alleging various causes of action, all arising out of the purchase of the assets of Everhot All-Copper, Inc. (Everhot), a manufacturer of water heaters, by ThermaFlow, Inc. (Therma-Flow), a competitor.
