DOYLE, District Judge.
The above action was tried to the Court following which briefs were filed, oral arguments were had and the matter is now submitted for decision, and formal findings and conclusions are unnecessary. The same will appear in the course of the following opinion.
This is an action in which the plaintiff claims the sum of $24,439.43, together with interest, the said sum being the balance owing on the sale of a certain machine, a Star Press, vacuum-forming with an automatic feed, the same having been furnished for the purpose of manufacturing plastic containers.
