In this declaratory judgment action, this appeal arises from the summary judgment entered in favor of plaintiff, Progressive Casualty Insurance Company, and against defendants, Farm Burear Mutual Insurance Company, Inc., and American Family Insurance Company, obligating the three insurance companies, respectively, to pay one-third of the personal injury protection (PIP) benefits accruing to Suzette Sacco, claimant. We affirm.
