On July 18, 2015, Catherine S. Shea, Office of Attorney Regulation Counsel ("the Peo*281ple"), filed a complaint against Respondent, asserting seven claims for relief based on Colo. RPC 8.4(c), 8.4(c), and 8.4(d). Respondent answered the complaint on September 15, 2015, admitting a substantial number of the factual allegations,. Presiding Disciplinary Judge William R.
