Mark J. Fischer, the respondent in the underlying attorney discipline proceeding, appealed from the order of the Hearing Board disbarring him. See People v. Fischer, 63 P.3d 373 (Colo.O.P.D.J.2003). Fischer admitted that he violated the Rules of Professional Conduct by disbursing funds to his dissolution-of-marriage client, and to himself in the amount of his attorney fees, in a manner not in accordance with the terms of the separation agreement adopted by the court.
