¶ 1. Defendant Scott Blaise appeals from the decision of the Chittenden Superior Court, Criminal Division, that he violated three conditions of probation for his alleged failure to do the following: (1) adequately participate in counseling as directed by his probation officer; (2) pay required fines; and (3) complete 140 hours of community sendee.
