MALLARD, Chief Judge.

The evidence for the State tended to show that Coxe, Jackson, their wives, one Johnny Spencer and his wife (Coxe and his wife and Spencer and his wife were married after this occurrence) , and one Donald Thomas all entered into a conspiracy to commit the felony of armed robbery of the night watchman, Preston Moore, at the building of the Burlington Mills (Burlington) , Raeford, North Carolina.
