The indictment in Case No. 13,678 charged that Dermont Jarrell Conrad, Taitón Gallimore, Jr. and Terry James Davis “unlawfully, willfully, feloniously, wickedly . . . did conspire, confederate, agree and scheme among themselves, with each other and diverse others . . .” feloniously, wilfully, and deliberately to kill and to murder one Fred C.
