The plaintiffs by their bill of complaint herein seek to enjoin the erection by defendant of an apartment building on the north side of West Grand boulevard, between Lawton and Linwood avenues, in the city of Detroit. The case is here upon the appeal of plaintiffs, the court below having dismissed the bill of complaint.
