Sutton-Watts v. Sarnow

An action by the plaintiff as vendee to obtain a decree rescinding a sale of the leasehold interest in an apartment house and of the furniture contained therein; also for the recovery of the initial payment made on the purchase price and the cancellation of a promissory note and chattel mortgage given in payment of the balance.
