MEMORANDUM OPINION

BULLOCK, Chief Judge.

Before the court are the motions of Monarch Temporary Services, Inc. (hereinafter “Monarch”) and Mechanics & Farmers Bank (hereinafter “Mechanics”) to dismiss Plaintiffs complaint. 1 Plaintiff initiated this action on May 14, 1997, by filing a complaint in state court against Defendants Monarch, Mechanics, and Jerry M. Spence (hereinafter “Spence”). The complaint contains several causes of action arising out of Plaintiffs claim that she was subjected to sexual harassment and was discharged from her work at Mechanics because of her sex and in retaliation…
