I. INTRODUCTION

This action is brought under the Age Discrimination Employment Act (“ADEA”), California’s Fair Employment and Housing Act (“FEHA”), and New York State’s Human Rights Law (“NYHRL”), as well as the Labor Management Relations Act (“LMRA”) and common law claims.
