Affirming.

Mrs. Olive Langley sued H. N. Johnson for libel, and recovered a judgment for $1,000, and the defendant has appealed.

During the school years 1926-27 and 1927-28, Mrs, Langley was employed as teacher in the McKinney common school district in Christian county. The McKinney district borders on the Todd county line. The school building was erected under an arrangement between the boards of education of Todd and Christian counties by which the cost of the building was paid by the Todd county board of education and by citizens of Todd county who resided…
