SABERS, Justice.

Robert R. Bego (Bego), appeals an order granting summary judgment to the school district and its administrators based on sov*803ereign immunity, and the ruling that any ultimate recovery against Gordon must be reduced by the full amount of settlement. We affirm in part and reverse in part and remand.
