Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Pesce, J.), rendered March 3, 1989, convicting him of robbery in the first degree, robbery in the second degree, grand larceny in the fourth degree, and assault in the second degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

There is no merit to the defendant’s contention that the evidence adduced at trial was legally insufficient to establish his guilt of the crimes charged because the evidence consisted of uncorroborated accomplice testimony (see, CPL 60.22 [1]). The…
