—Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Mastro, J.), rendered May 16, 1995, convicting him of manslaughter in the first degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

The defendant was convicted of manslaughter for his role in the stabbing death, of the victim. On appeal, the defendant contends that the People failed to prove his guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.
