We granted review in this case to resolve a conflict among the Courts of Appeal on the question whether an abstract of judgment and a state prison commitment form, considered in light of the unrebutted presumption that an official duty is regularly performed (Evid. Code, § 664), constitute sufficient evidence to support a finding that a defendant completed a prior prison term for purposes of imposing the one-year enhancement provided in Penal Code section 667.5.
