This action is before the court on cross motions for summary judgment. Plaintiff claimed additional costs associated with its performance in a contract with the Soil Conservation Service (SCS). The contract provided for sediment removal and dike restoration required for emergency watershed protection along Greene’s Wash in Pinal County, Arizona.
