OPINION

CHAVEZ, Judge.

This case involves a suit by a sister (Sydney) against her brother (Bill) for tortious interference with an expected inheritance from their mother (Emily). At issue are Emily’s inter vivos transfers of most of her property to Bill shortly before her death so that no property remained in her estate to divide equally between Bill and Sydney, as specified in her Will. Bill challenges whether there was substantial evidence to support the trial court’s judgment.
