MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

MacLAUGHLIN, District Judge.

This matter is before the Court on the motion of defendant Tambrands, Inc. for partial summary judgment. The motion will be granted.

I. INTRODUCTION

Plaintiff Cynthia Jo Lindquist developed toxic shock syndrome (TSS) following her use of Tampax-brand tampons purchased from Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. 1 Tampax-brand tampons are manufactured by Tamb-rands, Inc.
