OPINION
SWEET, District Judge.
Defendant Baxter Healthcare Corporation (“Baxter”) has moved for summary judgment pursuant to Rule 56 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure to dismiss the Complaint of Plaintiffs Aaron Bravman (“Bravman”) and his wife Muriel. Defendant also moves in limine to preclude all evidence concerning a third party’s suicide attempt and studies concerning the noise of the heart valve.
